Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

GMATSCORE.COM want to promote confidence in using our web site by promoting the principles of disclosure and informed consent. Because we at GMATSCORE.COM want to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy, we have agreed to disclose our personal information practices. 
							
1. What information does this site gather/track?
We gather the same sort of information that most other web sites do. The information that we gather helps us to identify which pages are most popular with our customers and allows us to produce site statistics to help improve our site.

The information that we gather can be divided into two categories.

The first category is aggregate information, or information about all the visitors or customers who come to our site. Our aggregate information tells us, for instance, how many people visit a certain page on our web site, but not who those people are.

The second category of information is personably identifiable information about individuals. This information, most of which customers give us when filling out opt-in forms or registering or signing-in can include some or all of the following: name, user id, email address, address, and phone number.

The Internet also sends us some technical information about our visitors: OS type, browser type, domain name and IP address. We use this information to make sure our site is compatible with the most popular systems that our visitors use.

We do not automatically track the site that a visitor was on before coming to ours. However we do have an agreement with some web sites, which entitles our visitors to a special discount or bounty on their products. Therefore, statistics are kept only if a visitor goes to one of those sites and registers, so that we can receive the appropriate credit.

2. What do we do with the information we gather/track?
We use the personal information that customers give us for answering customer questions, registering visitors and contacting them when necessary.

We use aggregated information, not tied to any individual, to determine what pages of our web site are most popular with our viewers. The information is collected from the users mainly for the following purposes, including but not limited to: 
- execute transactions/ orders;
- notify users of relevant new products,information, news etc.;
- notify users of promotional activities;
- understand the customer needs and product development;
- understand and prepare marketing profiles; and,
- develop marketing strategies.

3. With whom do we share the information we gather/track?
We do not share personal information about individuals with anyone outside of GMATSCORE.COM.

4. What about "external links" on your site?
